Hi, guys!
I've always tought that when I got in third grade I would study like a freak and that I would get nuts with pas and vestibular ans stuff..but you know what? I'm more worried about sigma than vestibular.. I think that the penny hasn't dropped yet..I just can't believe that this is my year, that this is my chance!
Do you guys feel the same way? are you studying more than you used to? because i don't hehe

ResponderExcluirHmm... looking back, I don't think I ever got stressed out about exams. The way I see it, you'll either pass or not, and stressing out on account of that seems pretty much useless, doesn't it? Just the same, I don't think competition was as fierce for me as it is for you guys these days, so I totally understand it when you say you're going crazy.
ResponderExcluirI just don't think you should see it as THE chance. Many people I know, including the one who writes these lines, have changed their mind after they started studying at university and, guess what, we all have a second, third, or fourth chance. ;)
To be perfectly honest, I see what Pedro means about not letting these things harm anyone else. Do you still remember Sir Ken Robinson's lecture? I don't think the current educational system will (or should?) last much longer...

I tottaly understand what you mean. I'm having trouble focusing, and I can scarcely remember the last time I really studied - Ok, I'm lying, it was just before our last math written test, but it's been a really long time... About this being our year, our chance, in this case I think I have already realized that. Even though I have barely touched my sigma books outside the classroom for the last weeks, maybe for the last month, if I look back at the progress I've made during the whole semester, I can't say I'm not satisfyed. At least I'm achieving my goals right? But probably next week, with the written tests coming I'm probably gonna start studying again. Wanna join me? Hahaha

i understand you COMPLETELY! I didn't know what to do with the entrance exam having so much to study in school...
ResponderExcluirbut since the subjects of the school and sigma go along, why don't you take in shimabuko's advice? study with a group that understand a subject you don't, and then try teaching them something you know... it helps memorizing when you speak it out loud to someone else... at least, it helped me a lot!
